The first Kena: Bridge of Spirits PS5 and PS4 Pro comparison video has been released, showing how beautiful Ember Lab’s title looks on both consoles.

We mentioned this before in our test – the game supports two display modes on PS5, while there is only one display mode on PS4 Pro, but how these versions stack up – they ? Well, according to a new graphic comparison, courtesy of IGN, Kena looks absolutely stunning on both. Check out the graphical comparison of Kena: Bridge of Spirits below:

Kena: Bridge of Spirits Review – The Legend of the Mountain Sanctuary

“On PlayStation 5, Kena: Bridge of Spirits comes with two display modes that favor resolution or performance,” our own Francesco de Meo wrote in his review. “Resolution mode allows the game to run at a resolution of 4K, 30 FPS while Performance mode lowers the resolution to keep an overall stable 60 fps frame rate. While the game looks beautiful in 4K resolution, the action, especially combat, suffers from a lower frame rate, so I think the vast majority of gamers will go for Performance mode. Regardless of the display mode, however, Kena: Bridge of Spirits looks very good, not least thanks to the incredible lighting which further enhances the atmosphere of the game.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is now available worldwide for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC (via Epic Games Store). The action-adventure was officially announced at Sony’s Future of Gaming event last year. The game was originally slated for release late last year, but faced several delays in order to polish it across all platforms.

“We’ve had this game concept for a while, and we’re finally able to bring our vision to life with the support of Sony and the capabilities of the new hardware,” said Mike Grier, Creative Director at Ember Lab at of the game’s announcement. “We want Kena: Bridge of Spirits to immerse the player in a detailed, fantasy world that feels real.”
