Britney Spears has found her dogs.
Earlier this week, TMZ reported that a housekeeper for the 39-year-old singer took Spears’ dogs to the vet after they became concerned about animal welfare.
The animals were then allegedly removed from Spears’ home, which led to her arguing with her housekeeper. The employee filed a report with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department for an alleged misdemeanor battery incident, which PEOPLE has previously confirmed.
A source now tells PEOPLE that the “Lucky” singer had “reunited her dogs before the weekend” and was “delighted” to do so.

“Her dogs are a sensitive breed who often have health issues. She has been given clear instructions on how to take care of dogs now,” the source continues, adding that “the housekeeper no longer works for her.”
Another insider close to the star also told PEOPLE: “The dogs are back and they have more help now.”

Earlier this week, Captain Eric Buschow confirmed to PEOPLE that the singer was the suspect in a battery investigation after an employee reported that Spears “hit them in an argument” inside her. House.

However, a source close to Spears told PEOPLE the report was a complete fabrication, saying it “didn’t hit anyone.”
“The housekeeper was holding her phone and Britney tried to grab it from her,” the insider said.
Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, has not commented on the event.

The incident came just days after Spears’ father Jamie Spears said he would not step down as estate curator until “the time is right.”
“Mr. Spears is ready to step down when the time is right, but the transition must be orderly and include a resolution of cases pending in court,” Jamie’s attorney said in a new case. “In order to achieve this result, the Court should encourage all interested parties to meet and coordinate in order to resolve these outstanding issues in the best interests of Ms. Spears.”

Britney demanded her father’s impeachment as estate registrar for months and accused him of abuse of guardianship. His lawyer filed a petition requesting that he be removed from his post. Britney’s personal curator, Jodi Montgomery, previously said Britney’s medical team had expressed support for the move.
Although dismissed by a judge, Rosengart also requested that a court date be brought forward to consider his removal as custodian of the estate.
