The puppy makes three!
Britney Spears’ fiancé, Sam Asghari, has revealed that he has decided to expand their little “family” by getting a dog.
The actor took to social media on Friday night to show off an adorable Doberman Pinscher puppy the couple can now call their own, and it looks like Spears, 39, wasn’t expecting it.
“I surprised my fiance with our new family member,” Asghari wrote with a red heart emoji on Instagram.

He also revealed that the puppy’s name is Porsha. In a hashtag, he suggested the dog would be used as “#homesecurity”.

Asghari and Spears introduced the dog to their social media followers in a short clip showing the fitness specialist holding Porsha in his arms as he strokes and kisses her on the head.
“Who is the new member of the family? Spears is heard asking off camera.
“Her name is Porsha and she is meant to love you unconditionally and she will be trained to protect you from any mother around you with bad intentions,” Asghari said with a smile.

Another shot shows Porsha’s big paw resting in one of Asghari’s hands. A third shows the dog sitting on the ground in the sun.
Asghari also took to her Instagram story to show Porsha snuggled up in her arms asleep. “You are supposed to be the keeper!” he joked in the caption.
Britney Spears revealed in court in June that she wanted to have more children someday.

The couple’s new family member arrives just a month after Spears confirmed she was engaged to the actor. The two then traveled to Palm Springs for a getaway to celebrate their engagement. At the time, the “Toxic” singer announced that she would take a short break from Instagram. A week later, she returned to the platform to chat with fans.

At the end of last month, the couple joked about having a child on Instagram when Asghari posted an Instagram story showing the two playing with a doll.
“Exclusive! We had a baby,” Asghari captioned the video with laughing emojis. “What should we call him? he added.

The pop star alluded to her desire to have more children someday in an explosive testimony she gave to a judge under her guardianship on June 23. At the hearing, Spears claimed she was forced to take medication and use an intrauterine device for birth control.
In September, the pop star’s father, Jamie Spears, was suspended as curator. His lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, is now pushing for the guardianship to end completely before his 40th birthday in December.
