Britney appeared to be using her cell phone while driving her Mercedes-AMG SL 63 on Tuesday.

This outing marks the first time Britney has been seen driving alone in 15 years.

VICTORY IN THE COURT
Last week, the singer scored a major victory in her guardianship battle with her father Jamie.
The Sun confirmed that Judge Penny had authorized the hiring of Britney’s legal choice, Mathew S. Rosengart, who was a former federal prosecutor, to represent her.
Following the ruling, Britney told the Los Angeles court that she wanted Jamie to be charged with abuse of guardianship.

Jamie isn’t the only family member Britney struggles with, as the singer has slammed her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, on social media.

Hours later, Britney responded to her brother’s words with a reworked version of the same quote.
