Britney Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, has responded to the startling claims made in Hulu’s new documentary about the singer.
In “New York Times Presents: Controlling Britney Spears,” a longtime former member of Spears’ security team claims the pop star’s bedroom was bugged with an audio recording device that monitored his personal conversations at the House.
“The unauthorized recording or monitoring of Britney’s communications – particularly attorney-client communications, which are a sacrosanct part of the legal system – is an impermissible and disgraceful violation of her privacy rights and a striking example deprivation of his civil liberties, “said Rosengart. Fox News.
“Placing a listening device in Britney’s bedroom would be particularly horrific, and corroborates much of her compelling and poignant testimony,” he added. “Mr. Spears has crossed unfathomable lines.”

The documentary, directed by Samantha Stark and produced by Liz Day, follows “Framing Britney Spears” which aired earlier this year. This involves explosive claims about the control the Spears team had over their daily lives under the 13 years of guardianship which she is desperately struggling to get out of.

For the first time, Alex Vlasov, a former employee of Black Box Security – Spears’ longtime security firm – has made allegations that the company engaged in illegal and unethical practices to track each of its movements. Vlasov claims that the company installed an “audio recording device” in the room of the “Toxic” singer who recorded her “conversations with her boyfriend and her children”.
The documentary claims that the device recorded “180 hours of audio” from Spears’ bedroom.

Additionally, the film also featured allegations that Robin Greenhill of Tri Star Sports & Entertainment, who worked closely with Britney’s father Jamie Spears, wanted to mirror the singer’s phone with an iPad logged into her iCloud account for follow her text messages with friends.

Greenhill allegedly asked the security team to encrypt Spears’ messages and send them to his father. He added that it seemed like Spears couldn’t have someone in the privacy of his own home without his team knowing. He described the restrictions on the pop star “as a minor who needs the consent of his parents.”

Additionally, Vlasov alleges that members of the security team were instructed to give Spears prepackaged envelopes containing his medication. Vlasov claimed that his bosses informed him that this responsibility came directly from the “client” of the company. The client, he said, was Jamie.
A lawyer for Greenhill said the allegations were false as Jamie did not respond to requests for the documentary. In a statement, his attorney said: “His actions were made with the knowledge and consent of Britney, his duty counsel and / or the court. Jamie’s record as a Curator – and approval by the court of his actions – speak for themselves. Jamie unwaveringly loves Britney and wants only the best for her. He will never stop loving or supporting his daughter. “

Beginning of September, Jamie filed a petition to end the guardianship. This week, Rosengart filed his own documents proposing that the decade-plus deal to control Spears’ life and finances end this fall and without the singer needing to undergo any mental health or medical assessments.
Spears’ next hearing in the legal battle against his father is scheduled for September 29.
