Jamie Spears Ask a judge to let him breathe a few months as Britney's restorer and put him in his place – on a temporary basis – but we learned that Britney's mother seems to have different ideas … TMZ has learned.
Lynnehis lawyer, Gladstone Jones, tells us that Lynne and he will be in court next week for Jamie's hearing. Gladstone will not say they'll challenge Jamie, but it's not hard to read the tea leaves.
Lynne was participating in the "Free Britney" social media campaign against Jamie earlier this year – which has turned into real-life events and even celebrations on the stage. Some people online have accused Jamie of forcing Britney to mental health facility Against his will. BTW … that did not happen – it would be a crime for an installation to allow this, and Britney was go and come as she wished during her stay.
Nevertheless … as we pointed out, Lynne asked the judge in the case of conservation: Involve it in the process – especially with regard to medical problems. She also reconnected with Britney and stayed at home during the whole social media campaign.
Jones would not say if Lynne will dispute Jamie's last moveand even ask the judge to name his curator. If that happened, Lynne would almost certainly have to move from her home in Louisiana to SoCal. It's a job 24/7.
TMZ broke the story … Jamie asks the judge to let him leave his conservative duties while he is dealing with medical issues. He wants to resume his conservative duties next January. One thing he does not say in his legal writings: he was temporarily banned from having contact with Britney's children after an altercation with Sean, 13 years old. Police investigate.
