Britney spears says there are no ghost writers when it comes to her social media posts, contrary to growing belief … now she herself tells TMZ that she writes the dang stuff herself !!!
The pop star refutes the claims of one of her former makeup artists, Billy Brasfield, who claimed Britney personally told her she had no control over this week’s Instagram post criticizing the ‘Framing Britney Spears’ documentary.
Britney tells TMZ … “No, I don’t talk to him at all. I write my messages. I don’t know who he’s talking to, but I don’t talk to Billy B.”
Brasfield, who worked with Brit from 2012-13, said he texted Britney about the IG message and she immediately responded, telling him she had no say in the legend.
Waiting for your permission to load Instagram media.
As we reported … Britney broke her silence on the document “Framing” Tuesday, writing that she was “embarrassed by the light in which they put me” and adding: “I cried for two weeks”. Her post certainly took a lot of air from the idea it had been formulated.
Many people, including Brasfield, were quick to claim that the post couldn’t have been written by Britney … and fans even took to her social media manager, Cassie petrey, claiming that she was the real author.
But, as we first told you … the social media manager Did NOT write Britney’s post about the Hulu documentary, and Cassie wasn’t even aware of Brit’s plan to speak out until the IG post was released.
No word if Brasfield gets caught up in the catfish.
