Britney Spears will appear in court with conservative parents

Britney Spears will make the drive from Thousand Oaks to downtown L.A. on Friday … appearing in court as her mother struggles to get her medical records in what is becoming a family war.

Informed sources tell us that Britney will appear with her mother, Lynne Spearswho is trying to access his medical information. We are told that Lynne does not want to become a co-curator, which creates a strange legal argument … the right to medical information but not the right to act.

Britney's dad, Jamie Spearsshe has been her only restorer for more than 11 years and was generally responsible for her life in 2008, when the singer was on the rails.
