Britney’s BF Sam Asghari roasts Pap’s suggestion that they’re engaged

Sam asghari appreciates congratulations on his “commitment” to Britney spears, but note it’s a little late, because they’ve been husband and wife for a minute now … put your tongue in the cheek here, please.

Britney’s BF was showered Wednesday with wishes from a pap outside a Jeep dealership in Westlake, Calif. The photographer felt like the couple would be walking down the aisle soon – all because of a few photos that surfaced over the weekend.

ICYMI … Britney was pictured flashing a large boulder on THIS finger on Sunday while picking up java at a Starbucks – obviously meaning Sam asked the question, especially in light of Brit make it clear recently that is exactly what she wants.

Well, that’s certainly what this photographer thought when he grabbed Sam on the way out – but rather than correct it… SA played it gracefully, busting his acting chops and accepting the gag quite convincingly. . He even dropped some (alternative) facts that Pap – and the rest of us, for that matter – are learning for the first time. #RECENT NEWS!!!
