CLEVELAND – After trading with Odell Beckham Jr., Cleveland Brown fans ask for verification to prove you're a real fan.
McNeil, Cleveland 's sports enthusiast, started the trend by asking fans to tweet photos of them wearing Browns clothes before the team became too cool to prove you were not following the move.
Some Twitter users recalled having lived Johnny Football in the dark era.
Others have shown themselves to be combining the Browns with guns because apparently it was a thing.
Brown's fans showed their support through the thicknesses.
Summer fan of the Browns since the 70's. Here in Minneapolis in 2013 with my daughter, family and friends. Our family has been a subscriber for 70 years. It was the last year of the Metrodome, the Browns had won 31-27 at the last minute. "We go Brownies, we go there! pic.twitter.com/ncWJF344am
