The Plantation House offers a special brunch buffet from 8:00 to 15:00. Gannon Restaurant at Wailea offers brunch options between 9:00 and 14:00. The menu offers a range of breakfast choices; salads and pūpū; a roast beef cutting station crusted with sea salt, leg of lamb and smoked salmon; and a variety of desserts and drinks. The Spreckelsville Maui Country Club organizes a brunch for members and their guests. The menu includes fresh fruit, Benedict eggs, baked brie, chilled crab, salmon piccata and roast pork tenderloin.
