BTS ‘Dance’ & ‘Butter’ Top 100 Hot, Summer Charts

Songs of the Summer’s 20-position tally tracks the most popular tracks based on cumulative performance on the weekly Hot 100 based on streaming, airing and sales, Memorial Day through Labor Day (this year, encompassing charts from June 12 to September 7. 11). At the end of the season, the flagship song of the summer will be unveiled.

“Butter” occupies the first place of the last ranking of songs of the summer out of a static top five. “Bon 4 U” by Olivia Rodrigo; “Levitating” by Dua Lipa with DaBaby; “Kiss Me More” by Doja Cat, with SZA; and Justin Bieber’s “Peaches,” starring Daniel Caesar and Giveon, remain at numbers 2, 3, 4 and 5, respectively.

Additionally, after launching on July 16, SiriusXM’s limited-engagement channel Top 500 Billboard Summer Hits runs through July 30 on Channel 104 and the SiriusXM app, featuring the top 500 songs based on Hot 100 data from 1958 through 2020. The countdown will also be available on demand in the SiriusXM app from the 30 July to August 13. with the full chart to be posted on Billboard.com on August 16.
