Buddy Hield says he and his Kings coach Dave Joerger are good

The Sacramento Kings, who need a win to defeat two games, are heading to Oklahoma City to face one of the West Conference's top teams.

Sacramento lost another tough game against the Warriors on Thursday night, bowing to Champs 125-123. Buddy Hield scored two goals at 3 points in the final minutes, but was disappointed by a 12-foot goal that could have matched the game at the end of the allotted time.

OKC won a superb doubles victory in overtime against Utah Jazz. After committing six fouls with Russell Westbrook, Paul George hit a runner down the hall to win the 148-147 victory. The Thunder are 12-2 in their last 14 games and are currently third in the Western Conference standings.

Kings Pregame Live on NBC Sports California will begin at 4:30 pm, and the scheduled start time is 5:00 pm. Warrior coverage begins at 6:30 am on NBC Sports Bay Area. All covers are visible on the MyTeams by NBC Sports app.

After the game, the Kings will travel to Minnesota to face the Timberwolves before returning home to welcome the Milwaukee Bucks next Wednesday.

Coach Dave Joerger mixed his starting lineup in the final game and it seems that the changes made are a more permanent solution. Bogdan Bogdanovic is now starting at the small forward position with newcomer Harrison Barnes sliding to all four.

Nemanja Bjelica was the rare man against the Warriors. After playing 55 of 56 games this season, the veteran striker failed to see the field despite the Kings' defeat.

Marvin Bagley III was a bench strength against Golden State. The rookie went into attack mode and finished the night with 28 points and 14 rebounds in 34 minutes.

Thunder

Back-to-back is never easy in the NBA, but a thriller in double overtime on Friday night should be a concern for coach Billy Donovan. George played 50 minutes in the win. Adams played 47 and Westbrook and Grant also passed the 40-minute mark.

Like Sacramento, the Thunder likes to play with rhythm. Both teams are tied at 103.4 possessions every 48 minutes, which is tied for second place in the NBA behind the Atlanta Hawks.

The Thunder pulls a lot of points at 3 points, although they rank only 13th in the league percentage. They rank third in the league in recovery, which is a problem for Sacramento.
