Between 1300 and 4300 BGN will be the salary of a general secretary of another office or department head, depending on his rank. Until then, at this level, the salary was between 900 and 3900 leva.

The administration is currently developing in the 6 degrees. The order proposes to bring them back to 4, in order to reduce wage differences between employees of the same position in different departments.

In the case of heads of departments and directors of small departments, the salary ceiling increases from 3800 to 4100 levs, while the minimum for these posts increases from 700 to 1100 levs.

In the case of appointed experts, the remuneration may already be BGN 3400, an increase of BGN 300 from current levels. Executive clerks, such as department drivers, can register for up to 1,200 leva.

In addition, the rate of increase in wages will increase. Until now, it stood between 1 and 15%, according to the estimate of annual performance, but increased from 2 to 20%.
