With many new titles and additions of actors, the season of September will begin

Moderator: Mr. Valchev, the festival "Stage of the Ages" is already in full swing, continues with one of Veliko Tarnovo's favorite public titles "The CryptoLogic Civilization".
Vbadil Valchev: In the third summer season of Bulgarian Opera theaters "Scene of the centuries" drama musical theater "Konstantin Kisimov" will present the musical "The CryptoLogic Civilization". Something very important should be mentioned – in a scenic version, the musical show is introduced by the musical theater and drama Konstantin Kisimov. The musical is based on Dobri Voynikov's original text, in which Decho Tarachelkov's music is cleverly intertwined. Each of the characters is colorful with its own musical theme, which in many cases is based on folklore, but there are also elements of modern and enthusiastic European dances. The performance also includes choral choirs from Bulgarian folklore, looking for a common artistic expression to convey the messages of the time, the time with a reference to today. The conflict, the dramatic conflict in the musical "The Slender Civilization" is built in opposition, folk and foreign, each of the characters having his own idea of ​​Bulgarian and European. In the end, the purifying power of laughter is at the origin of the reprimand of pseudo-European mores, comic situations turn into an acute sarcastic exposure of human weaknesses. Another important thing that I would like to mention – the show that the theater will put on the "stage of ages" in Tsarevets on July 27 is the special participation of Albena Mihova in the role of Evil. The colleagues involved in the theater are Viktor Terziiski, Polina Petkova, Daria Yordanova, Milen Ivanov, Georgi Glaronov, Yordan Chereykov, Ivaylo Tsachev, Silvia Shekilova and many others, not to miss anyone. Host: This is not your first appearance at the Stage of the Ages festival. But there is room for comparison between the indoor scene and an outdoor game
Vbadil Valchev: Of course. In a completely different way, we have the idea to master all the scenic space to bring the show to Tsarevets. The conditions are different, the distances are bigger, of course. The environment is different, but it is quite appropriate to adapt our decor. In a different way, a very different atmosphere creates the performances that are made on Tsarevets Hill. By the way, during the summer season, our theater does not fail to place outdoor shows. We often visited the medieval fortress of Lovech, we also play in summer theaters. (19659008) Moderator: In this context, what will be the next summer months for the theater of Tarnovo
Vasil Valchev: The summer season is quite busy. We traveled to Lovech, we had to play Kalman's "Bathhouse" on the open scene of Lovech's medieval fortress, but we moved because of bad weather in the inner show. On the 30th and 31st of July, our theater will go to Karlovo and Hissarya, where we will also play Kalman in the open-air stages. August 1st we are in Gabrovo, Montana on August 2nd, the dramatic body plays "We will not pay" to Dario Fo. Then the theater will be released for 3 weeks during the holidays and the last week of the month is also busy, the period from August 27 to 31 will be played again in Karlovo and Hissarya, we have their show in Sevlievo. September will be as intense.
Host: How do you accept other native scenes? We already know, you are well known and loved in the old capital, how do you see the things you present in other cities?
Vasil Valchev: Our theater since its inception is still traveling. Konstantin Kisimov Musical and Dramatic Theater is an emblem in the regions where we play. Our theater is known both in North-West Bulgaria and in South-West Bulgaria, we have a tour in September in Blagoevgrad and Petrich. Theater performances are highly appreciated and visited. Even in most cases, when we visit our theater, we are more likely to be in the round.
Host: After the short break you can make, can we expect with a new force and a new program? Of course, will there be new additions to the theater?
Vbadil Valchev: Of course. We are currently preparing the dramatic composition "Get Rich It not Easy", a PlaySheen play by Yuri Statkov. The rehearsals began in mid-July. The show will be released in late September. After that we start with the Vrahalec music ensemble under St. L. Kostov, again with the music of Decho Tarachelkov. The director will be Dimitar Sharkov. Do not miss the traditional Christmas concert in December, which our theater Veliko Tarnovo places in several other places, on the stages of Gabrovo, Troyan, Lovech. And also a historical title, "John, the son of Asen", which will be released by the end of the year, we are still discussing the director. The play is made by Ivan Mitev, the actor of musical and dramatic theater "Konstantin Kisimov". In general, at the end of the year in this plan as new titles, they will work in our theater, respectively, and we continue to play the first ones released in 2018: "The spirit of the poet" of Stefan Tzanev, "Baiaderka" by Kalman, "The musician" by Lyuben Bosilkov. We will also present the concert devoted to the "Day of Europe", operetta masterpieces with the conductor Igor Bogdanov. We continue "old Bulgarian time" Asen Karastoyanov, "shameless civilization", we continue to play. We have four children's titles and a children's musical "The Four Twins", "Carlson and the Little" by Astrid Lindgren and "The Three Brothers and the Golden Apple" have recently come out. These children's shows enjoy a very serious childhood presence. Most likely we will have performances in the summer. We continue with "Mister Minster" of Branislav Nusic, Hashove de Vazov
Host: Without a doubt much work is yet to come. Obviously, society does not lose the love for the theater, but are they ready to be theatrical actors?
Vbadil Valchev: Oh yes, when we talk about actors, we talk to two young Graduate of Lyuben Groys Theater College. We will have new additions, but when I do, I will introduce them as well. We will search for reenactments in all other units as well as in the orchestra of the musical ensemble. There are also choirs and soloists. So, there will be new images in the new season. I will also introduce you to all the new theater entrances.
