A yellow code for low temperatures and wind was announced in 29 districts of the country on November 29, according to the NIMH website, reports FOCUS.
The low temperature warning applies to the Kyustendil, Sofia, Sofia, Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Rousse, Targovishte, Shumen, Silistra and Smolyan districts. A yellow code for low temperatures and winds has been announced in Dobrich, Varna, Burgas, Sliven, Yambol, Haskovo, Kardjali.
In these areas, a north-north wind blows and the climate is very cold. A strong northeasterly wind blows along the Black Sea. In all areas with declared yellow hazard, daily temperatures will be below zero.
