Bisser was driving Ford Mondeo in the fatal night and he had with him a 19-year-old son and a 13-year-old boy. The three of them jumped for joy at Petko Karavelovo the night before Saturday and went to a nightclub in Gorna Oryahovitsa. Then, in the fog, Ford dragged three men and wounded three others in the bloody road drama.

Two days later, tragedy participants clashed with the police with fake versions. It was originally thought that the 19-year-old had driven the car. Witnesses, however, confirmed that Biser was driving, drunk and probably drugged and without a booklet. By the way, Bisser Arsov has already been sentenced for driving after drinking alcohol. While the man was attracted, they decided to follow this road to avoid the police in Gorna Oryahovitsa, but they came across people from another car who were looking for help after a disaster . Wine decided to take charge of the AU, aged 19, who was detained for 24 hours.

The disaster disaster left three families without husband and father. Mario Nachev, 37, of Nikolay Paralasov, 50, D. When the investigators go looking for it, it turns out that it is not in our country and that it has been declared excavation nationwide. It's been months since May 2017. he was not taken to the police in Gorna Oryahovitsa by anyone but by the prominent lawyer Marin Markovsky, who turned out to be his defender at the time.

Arsov was brought to justice and detained at the request of the prosecutor's office. But the Court of Appeal then puts him under house arrest. In protest against this measure, he was re-charged with a 2000 BGN guarantee. This is the last measure of the accused Biser Arsov.

The case is dragged for a year before the district court and is postponed. Now is scheduled for December 12, and relatives are finally hoping to get revenge. They are only private prosecutors and have no pecuniary claim against the author, because today it is a mbad practice to pay the insurer!
