Britain warns of Huawei's "new risks"

Research has identified deficiencies in Huawei's engineering processes that "expose British telecommunication networks to new risks". The findings indicate that "important work" is needed to solve problems.

In response, the Chinese player admitted that there were some points to improve. "We are grateful for the comments," said Huawei, and badured that they are engaged in the business. The company insists that cybersecurity is their top priority.

Huawei is the world's largest telecom equipment manufacturer and is a leading provider of broadband and mobile network devices in the UK.

The report was prepared by the Huawei Cybersecurity Assessment Center (HCSEC), established in 2010, in response to concerns that the use of the equipment of the Huawei (HCSEC) business is a threat. The Authority is under the supervision of United States security agents.
