Cold and snow, yellow and orange code everywhere in Bulgaria – Bulgaria

After a few days of relatively warm weather for November, winter returns on Wednesday with heavy snow, high winds and adverse weather conditions. There are dangerous weather warnings across the country, according to the NIMH website.

Second degree of danger – orange code has been declared for six districts of eastern Bulgaria:

Razgrad, Targovishte, Shumen, Dobrich, Varna and Burgas. There will be heavy snow, blizzards and strong winds.

In the rest of the country, the code is yellow. In the districts of Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Sofia-district, Sofia-city and Pernik, there will be heavy snowfall. In other areas, the snow will be accompanied by a strong wind.

Yellow code for dangerous times on Tuesday

The next day, under the influence of a Mediterranean cyclone in the south of the country, a complex meteorological environment will be created. During the night, rainfall will cover the country, increase and sometimes be significant.

In the morning almost everywhere in the north of Bulgaria the rain will pbad in the snow,

with the exception of the northeastern regions, where rain will continue to precipitate at negative temperatures in the ground and cause discoloration and icing of the drivers.

Tomorrow, in northern Bulgaria, the high snowfields will form a layer of snow. In most of southern Bulgaria, the rain will melt and fall in the snow. It will blow temperate in the east of Bulgaria – a strong north-north wind, and in Dobruja, Ludogorie and mountain pbades, snowstorms as well as droughts and winds form.

Cooling will continue and in most parts of the country temperatures will be reversed.

In the morning, temperatures will reach minus -2 to 0 degrees in northern Bulgaria, up to 4-8 degrees in southern Bulgaria and 14-4 to -2 degrees in northern Bulgaria and higher fields at 2-4 degrees – in the upper Thracian plain.

During the night, the snow will continue this Thursday evening and there will be heavy rainfall in southern Bulgaria and there will be snow cover, except in the extreme southwestern regions. In Northern Bulgaria, snowfall will make you lose weight.

On the coast of the Black Sea

will blow a strong and stormy north wind. There will be precipitation, because on the north coast, the rain will pbad in the snow. Temperatures will drop and at 14:00 they will be minus -2 to 0 degrees on the north coast and 6 to 8 degrees south. The temperature of the sea water will be 10 to 13 degrees and the excitement of the sea will be 4 to 5 balls.

On the mountains

it will be cloudy, the snow will be snow. There will be snowstorms along the Stara Planina pbades and winds will form. A strong wind blows from east to northeast. It will cool down and at 1200 meters the maximum temperature will be around -2 degrees, at 2000 meters – about -5 degrees.

Thursday and Friday

the snowfall will decrease, the first day will be mainly in the pre-Balkan part and the south-east half of the country, in the second – in eastern Bulgaria. In the southeastern regions and Rhodopes, rainfall will be moderate and snow accumulation will continue. Later in the day on Friday, the cloud will tear. On Thursday, the wind will always be temperate and strong – the cold will continue to fade on Friday.

The minimum temperatures in the country this Friday will be negative, usually between -7 and -2 degrees, the lowest in northern Bulgaria – up to -10 degrees. Maximum – between -6 and -1 degrees, in the extreme southwest and in some parts of the Upper Thracian Plain, at 3-4 degrees above zero.
