Cuba has a new constitution. It was adopted by Parliament. The document guarantees private property and an initiative. The island of freedom after decades of governance by Fidel Castro and his brother Raul will have a president, the AP added. Between August 13 and November 15, the constitution will be the subject of a wide public debate. It will then return to Parliament for the latest checks
