Does Apple TV do enough to justify its premium price?

I own all the Apple TVs since the first. I've also been a "cord cutter" for years . I am the ideal owner of Apple TV in many ways. I subscribe to all the services of Apple (iCloud Storage, Apple Music, etc.). I am also on HomeKit. We actually own five Apple TVs (1 of the 4K models and 4 of the previous generations). I would say that I am as tall as a fan of Apple TV.

The problem, I believe, is that it has become similar to HomePod: a device that is perfect for people who are all on Apple. While I was listening, I was coming back to Apple 's chess in the gaming market with the Apple TV. In my opinion, there is no reason that Apple TV should not have quality console games. During the podcast, they talked about how Sony has courted video game developers. Apple must woo game developers. They need big hits exclusive to the platform. Is it realistic that he can compete with Xbox and PlayStation in this generation? No, but it can indeed have enough good games to give someone a reason to buy it on Roku or Amazon Fire TV. Even if she has to order the games herself, Apple TV needs more games.

In the long run, I do not see why Apple TV can not be a major player in console games. They will need to include a controller in the box, however.

Cost

I conclude this article with something that is easy to choose. With its range of current features, the Apple TV is overpriced. Apple products require a high price, but they usually offer an exceptional experience. Who is the Apple TV for? The fan of Apple who has already made a premium for the rest of their products. The Apple TV that came out in 2015 still costs $ 149. When they released the 4K version in 2017, they just raised the price.
