Transport & Environment (T & E), a leading environmental company, has announced a study indicating that the number of electric cars in Europe would increase in the near future. According to forecasts for 2021, 214 electric vehicle models will be available on the European markets, compared to about 60 in 2018. For the year 2025, they should exceed 330, reports the BNR.
"The electric car market was until now limited to enthusiasts and environmentalists, but very soon these vehicles will become a mbad production," says T & E's badysis.

European companies have invested a total of $ 163 billion in the development of the electric car.
Sales in Europe are currently growing, although about 60% of electric vehicles are purchased in Norway.
In the United States, 208,000 new electric cars were registered in 2018 and, although this is a negligible part of the market, there is a 100% increase over 2017 , according to IHS Markit.
The company notes that gasoline and diesel cars will dominate the market for at least another decade, but the end of internal combustion engines is near.
