All signs point to a new Fortnite mode hitting tomorrow, with jetpacks and all sorts of heavy prescriptions coming together in the LTM High Explosives. The mode surfaced thanks to dataminers last month, and a new playlist image was found in the game suggesting that the mode will soon be launched – and Epic helped these hints.
The LTM Fly Explosives will mark the return of the jetpacks to the game, though apparently only in this mode and only as a booty upstairs. The mode will show "all explosive weapons", with treasure chests and supply drops serving as particularly common sources. The LTM will be playable solo, duet and squad

This description came courtesy of FNBRLeaks on ] Twitter in June, and the new image of the playlist for the mode was unearthed thanks to Fortnite Intel. It shows a handful of players flying on jetpacks and wielding explosives that, yeah, is pretty much what we expected.
All of this is not official, but what we do know is that tomorrow will see the launch of the updated 5.10 content, which Epic invites you to "take off". This is probably at least partly a reference to the return of the guided missiles, but on Reddit Epic the representatives posted suggestive emoji in response to questions about the jetpacks. I think that's what this face means, but I can not be sure – I'm an old man.
Fortnite's jetpacks were billed as a limited-time item, and by the time they left the game, it was clear that the implementation disrupted the balance more than expected. Maybe they will find a better niche under this LTM – baduming, of course, that it launches tomorrow.
