It's been months since fans speculate that a legendary version of the SMG would make its way to and now it seems that we have finally arrived at this time
Fortnite just released the old SMG Tactical and put the new model MP5, but it continues to be SMG with new epic variants and legendary coming this week, according to the game news feed.
The epic and legendary new SMG is based on the P90, which most players Call of Duty should recognize, and go back back, The Goldeneye players will remember of course the famous RC-P90, the best gun of this game, especially when it is used with both hands.
Epic promises that the cannon "excels at close combat", what you wait for an SMG. We do not yet know the exact statistics of the weapon, but I think it will arrive Tuesday, and the dataminers could extract this information before that date

A legendary SMG is going to be no joke in the current state of Fortnite . With all this focus on SMGs lately, it seems clear that Epic is trying to give players a tight alternative in addition to the single shotgun. They have recently hardened the popular loading of dual slot rifles that most players were using, so switching to an SMG, or starting with one, is now a key option for players.
Watching the "pro" gameplay this weekend at Summer Skirmish, we've already seen a bit of SMG gaming, and I have to imagine it's only going to get bigger with these epic and legendary variants. Although the SMGs are not miniguns, they do better against structures than shotguns, so they both serve to cross the walls when you need them and to cross the players who are hiding behind them. Not to say that they are going to be the new hunting rifles on under most circumstances, but I guess it depends on the power of these new variants.
We still do not see all the "themed" historical weapons of Season 2, as some have badumed, as we are progressively lacking different kinds of modern weapons. Bows, Western revolvers, M1 Garands have all been suggested as possible historical weapons that could be used in Season 5 of Time Travel Fortnite but nothing yet. However, this legendary SMG has taken a lot of time and I have trouble thinking of another legendary who could be on the deck, given the current list of weapons. Two guns? And could we ever see double SMGs, Matrix -style? I guess we'll see.
I'll get ready for this SMG to arrive on Tuesday, and we'll see how it changes the meta after that.
