The new Honda Jazz 2018 comes with minor cosmetic changes. This includes a restyled front, with updates on its front grille and bumper. The Jazz will also come with new 16-inch alloy wheels.

Honda should also offer LED daytime running lights on the new-generation Jazz

Inside, the Honda Jazz facelift will feature a new touch-screen infotainment system among other additional features.

The new 2018 Honda Jazz will remain unchanged mechanically. The new Jazz will be powered by the same 1.2 and 1.5 liter petrol and diesel engines, respectively.

The 1.2-liter i-VTEC petrol engine produces 89 hp and 110 Nm of torque. While the 1.5-liter i-DTEC diesel engine delivers 98 hp and 200 Nm of torque.

Transmission options on the Jazz include a five-speed manual option and CVT on the petrol variant. However, the diesel engine comes standard with the six-speed manual gearbox.

The current-generation Honda Jazz comes with a starting price of Rs 6 lakh and Rs 7.44 lakh for petrol and diesel versions, respectively. The high-end gasoline variant costs Rs 8.46 lakh, while the diesel option is priced at Rs 9.31 lakh. All prizes are ex-showroom (Delhi)

The second-generation Honda Jazz, currently on sale, was launched in 2014. Since then, the Jazz has not received mid-life updates. Sales of the current generation Jazz have recently slowed down, indicating that Honda may have already stopped production of the outgoing model.
