How many new tractors and harvesters were purchased in Bulgaria in 2018?

The large-scale agricultural equipment market in Bulgaria remains stable in the first six months of 2018. This shows the ratio for new tractors and combines purchased from January to the end of June, informs agro.bg.

Total new wheeled tractors registered until June 30 are 612 units. For the same period in 2017, there were 605 machines.

Tractors among the manufacturers are John Deere with 127 machines, followed by New Holland with 101 tractors, traditionally third for Kubota.

The combine harvesters registered for the first six months of this year are 94 units, compared to 92 units for the same period last year.

While in 2017, the leading position among the combine harvesters in our country was the CLAAS brand, John Deere's 33-track winner is the first place to sell. CLAAS is ranked second with 25 registered harvesters, followed by Rostselmash, CASE IH and New Holland with 10, 8 and 7 machines respectively
