78% of car owners (more than 2 million cars) will pay a cheaper policy as they will be in the bonus clbades of the new system. 44% or 1 million people will reach the maximum bonus and pay 25% less, or about 225 leva (at current prices). The regulator expects that about 18% of drivers belong to the upper clbad and pay more. In particular, the maximum cost of 1200 leva is expected to pay around 18,000 people.
The regulator has also given concrete examples. Increasing "civil liability", for example, at excessive speed means 10% more than insurance. If this violation is in a regulation and seriously exceeds the allowed speed, it can reach 30%. The greatest grief –
