Origin Access launches this week on PC

At the same time EA shut down On the House

Origin Access Premier will debut later this week on PC, confirmed today EA.

Available for $ 14.99 USD per month, the premium subscription program provides access to any EA title available in Origin on PC, as well as early access to future titles.

Unlike the basic Origin Access subscription, which allows access to certain Vault titles and first access to new games. The new level means the end of Origin's On the House program, which allowed anyone with Origin, regardless of their membership, to access a host of free titles, including Dead Space, Hospital Theme, Dragon Age: Origins, Mbad Effect 2 and Peggle.

"The origin of the house was removed and the games will no longer be offered as part of the program," confirmed EA with Polygon. "This change will not affect the players downloaded from the service before this date – these are to be kept forever."

Upcoming Access Periods

The periods of early access for the upcoming games are as follows. Again, keep in mind that early access is unlimited on Premier and a trial timed on base.

• Madden NFL 19 : 2 August
• FIFA 19 : 20 September
• Battlefield 5 : 11 October
• Anthem : 15 February 2019
