The report says that the figure was apparently not supposed to have been sold or perhaps even revealed because Funko has made no official announcement about it. However, the figure seems to be legitimate, and has also been noted as being exclusive to the target.
Naturally, the source message has been removed, so there are only a few images and details left. However, the character of Funko Pikachu Pop certainly seems to be real, and fans can look forward to an official announcement regarding Funko's Pokemon license in the near future.
