Last season's finalist, Liverpool, will be shaking for the last time in the 1/8 UEFA Champions League final after losing a 1-2 visit to PSG in the most complex group of tournament C.
The rich French have been desperate at Park Close, making it as close as possible to the phase of direct elimination. Goals for the hosts were Juan Bernat (13) and Neimar (37), while James Milner was a penalty kick at the very end of the first half. This was the only real shot for Merseyside for 90 minutes.
In the other match of the group, Napoli was waiting for the defeat of the Red Star – 3: 1. In the standings, the Italians came out with 9 points, the PSG with 8 points, Liverpool with 6 points and the Serbs with 4 points and they certainly gave up. The confrontation between the English team and Carlo Ancelotti's team at Anfield thus looks like a direct battle to get up. Thomas Tuhl bet on Atomon Cavani, Neimar and Kilian Mabe on his atomic trio, although the last two have not been 100% refunded. The importance of the collision, however, put the Germans at risk of taking them into account. Gianluigi Buffon stood at the door, Tilo Keerer acting on the right.
Jurgen Klop responded with Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane. In midfield, the experienced James Milner, George Henderson and Georgin Vainillum played.

When Kilian Mbape was hit, Virgil van Dike blocked the pbad. Then she came to Juan Bernat, the defender immediately shot on the ground and did not let the Brazilian watch wait 1: 0!
Liverpool answered by his big star, Mohammed Salah. The Egyptian national tried to surprise the legend Gianluigi Buffon with a shot from a difficult position, but his sight failed. Gradually, the English equaled the match, but after half an hour, the PSG organized a fast meter. That ended with Neimar's bad attempt to transfer Alison.
In the 37th minute, the French doubled their lead. Mabape and Neimar played very well on the left flank, after which the Frenchman found Unason Cavani. He scored, Alison was eliminated, but with the addition, the most expensive player in history did not make a mistake and climbed to 2: 0!
At the end of the half, Di Maria fell into Sadio Mane's box. After some hesitation, Chief Justice Shimon Marcinjak of Poland ordered a penalty. Behind the ball was James Milner who, with a knock to the right of the door, crossed Buffon and returned to Liverpool in the match – 1: 2!
Shortly after the renewal of the game, Markinyos scored a third goal for PSG, but he was rightly put aside for an ambush. It was then lacking interesting places because the guests had a slight lead in the search for a leveling while the French counted on the counter. In the 70th minute, the Marguinos defeated Deyan Lovren after a corner, but Alison slaughtered.
In the 77th minute, Juergen Klop made an offensive change in the search for at least one point. Djardan Shakuri appeared in place of Milner. However, this did not produce the result and PSG won the match by 2 to 1.
