The court approved the prosecutor's request and left the seventh anniversary of the new group charged with drug distribution in Burgas, Flagman said.

On Tuesday, they were arrested after a noisy action by GDBOP on the seashore and in Sofia.

Today, the prosecution has requested a permanent detention order for seven of the accused: Slavi Zhelyazkov, Rumen Temelkov, Tommy Atanova, Hristo Yanev, Petar Ganev, Dancho Danev and Dimitar Doychinov.

There is also the eighth defendant, but he is released with "Money Guarantee" and a ban to leave the country.
Today, it has become clear that it is Zheko Ivanov.
One of the lawyers explained that it was a clbadic example of conspiracy conspiracy. Ivanov said quite intimately to the group. According to the defender, however, his testimony should not be taken into account because he gave them to avoid being detained.

The observation of the supervisory prosecutor clearly showed that Slavi Zhelyazkov is the accused at the head of the organized criminal group (OCG). He determined how drugs would be distributed and at what prices street vendors would sell. Zhelyazkov collected and distributed the profits.

The closest to him were Rumen Temelkov and Dimitar Doychinov. The first was mainly responsible for cocaine and the second was marijuana. Both counted on the leader.

Dancho Danev only distributed drugs and was supplied by Doychinov.
"Duke instructs and reports to Doicho"
, said one of the witnesses of relations between Danev and Doychinov.

According to the first lawyer – Dimitar Markovski, the connection between the two accused was however the love for the football club "Levski".
"And I sympathize with Levski, we have gathered many lefkas here," he said. Markovsky.

The reason is that his colleague, Adv. Ivo Naydenov also explained that he was a fan of the "centenarians club". Naydenov defended Sakhi Zhelyazkov – he was a fan club of Levski.
The love for the club, not for drugs, linked Slavi and Dimitar Doychinov, the defense counsel explained.

The prosecutor announced that Hristo Yanev's nickname was Little Taki, which caused laughter in the hall.

Dancho Danev was a student. He lived in the village of Hristeni in Stara Zagora. According to the prosecutor's office, however, he reportedly distributed drugs to Sunny Beach this summer.

The criminal group ran from February to the end of November 2018.
Chief chef Slavi Zhelyazkov was born in Burgas but lives in Sofia.
According to the prosecution he transported drugs from the capital to Bourgas. However, the lawyer asked, in the affirmative, why the GCDCP had not attempted to keep such an expedition.

All the lawyers rejected the evidence gathered so far as insufficient and denied the guilt of their defendants.
However, the Court found that at this stage, the evidence suggests a sufficiently well-founded presumption of the crimes committed.
He had witnesses and a special intelligence. However, no SSC has yet been attached to the case.

Judge Anton Urumov announced that there is a real danger of committing other crimes of the seven detainees, arguing that they remain in detention.

During the case the accused asked to sit down because none of them had eaten the day.
Hristo Yanev complained of conditions of detention in the detention center.
"The place is just inhuman – such conditions that a normal person would not tolerate.Freight, steam does not work.It lacks other works"
says the accused in his last word. However, this did not affect the judge's definition.

Judge Urumov also ignored Roumen Temelkov's request to take care of his mother. The accused stated that there was no one to walk his dog.
Other arrests have highlighted domestic issues as an argument to be released, but without result.
The definition of the specification is not definitive and can be appealed to the higher instance.
