The Manhattan court session lasted less than a minute. They read the accusation of the actor and allowed him to remain free. The prosecution states in the court documents that Baldwin admitted during police interrogation that they had "stolen his parking place" and he "pushed the man" who did that.

Actor Alen Abramsson's lawyer denies the charges against his client. "Baldwin has committed no crime and we are confident that the case will be settled in court as soon as the investigation is over," he said.

The actor was arrested on November 2nd following an incident in one of the the narrow streets of Manhattan, where even a day off it is difficult to find a parking space. He liked a recently vacated parking space but was overtaken by a 49-year-old driver. Baldwin did not manage his emotions and used force. The victim is admitted to the hospital.

The actor does not break the law for the first time and shows rudeness.
