The Supreme Court of Cassation begins the examination of the Court of Appeal of Desislava Ivancheva – Court and Prosecutor's Office

By his order of 28.11.2018, the President of the Supreme Court of Cbadation (SCC) has ordered to control the organization of the activity of the Court of Appeal (CS4A) in criminal cases d & rsquo; Appeal in criminal matters, incurred and dealt with in private complaints, respectively private protests, against the orders of the court of first instance, ordered by the order of the art. 270, para. 1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on the application for modification of the expulsion orders directed against the accused Desislava Ivancheva and Bilyana Petrova, is clear from the website of the Supreme Court of Cbadation.

The check should identify: the number of appeals in private criminal cases involving the same accused; the administration of referral documents by the trial court in private matters, their admission to the CS4L; registration and clbadification of cases; the election of the Judge-Rapporteur and the members of the panels; the delivery deadlines.

The order stated that the inspection had been entrusted to a commission composed of: President: Galina Zaharova – Vice-President of the Supreme Court of Cbadation and Head of the Sentence, as well as members: Kapka Kostova – President of the first criminal section, Galina Toneva – Judge at the Second Criminal Division.

The inspection must take place between 29.11.2018 and 05.12.2018 and, before 10.12.2018, the commission should prepare and submit a report on the results.
