Crews from four countries have applied to participate in the 14th Tvarditsa Rally Rally, the first round of this year's rally championship in Bulgaria.
The race, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday, will feature crews from Bulgaria, Sweden, Poland and Georgia. This year, the race will not reach the city of Elena and therefore only bears the name of "Tvarditsa".
The length of the rally is 214 km, of which 38% are competing against the total mileage of the race and are divided into 7 stages. The competition starts on July 7th. From 16:00 on the place "Svoboda" in Tvarditsa will take place the ceremonial pbadage of cars, at 17:40 follows Predela first stage (23,55 km) and Borov Dol (7 km), then follows a super special stage
Au During the second day of the race, the crews will cross the Tvardishka Balkan for a distance of 64 km to return to the podium of the official arch where the rewards will take place. Stage 4/6 Chumerna will be a warm up for the crews before the serious stage "Tvarditsa" (24 km), which will depart from the junction for Chumerna Chalet and will end in Tvarditsa. The award ceremony will take place on Sunday at 15:00 in the square "Svoboda".
30 applications have been filed so far, including crews from Sweden, Poland and Georgia. Among the indigenous participants are the crew of Marina Motorsport – the champions for 2017 Tihomir Stratiev / Borisov Dobrin with Peugeot 208 R2, Grigorov Grigorov Racing Grigorov / Daniel Milenkov with Peugeot 208 R2, the main contenders for the victory – Yordan Atanasov / Yanaki Yanakiev with Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 9 and Miroslav Angelov / Nedialko Sivov with Skoda Fabia R5
Diana Stoyanova and Ivana Ivanova will join the fight with the men with their new Honda Civic.
