A yellow code for low temperatures was announced on November 30 in 20 regions of the country. This is the site reference of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, reports FOCUS.
The areas affected by this warning are: Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Targovishte, Razgrad, Silistra, Shumen, Yambol, Burgas, Varna, Dobrich, Sofia-region, Sofia-city and Pernik .
There is also a yellow code for a strong wind on the Black Sea. Temperatures should be below 0 degrees.
This degree of danger means that very low temperatures are expected. Health problems are possible for sensitive and sick people, adults, children and homeless people.
