The bus exited an exit ramp on Interstate 81 in Schuykill County when the driver lost control, according to an accident report from Pennsylvania State Police.
Private David Beohm said no deaths were reported as a result of the incident.
“The bus exited the Interstate 81 exit ramp. At the end of the ramp, you turn left or right onto Route 25, and the bus crossed the center guide rail and straight ahead,” said Beohm said.
Pictures of the bus crash show the vehicle in the middle of a grove of trees.
A PSP reconstruction team is currently on site and is in the process of identifying the cause of the crash, Beohm said.
Schuylkill County is approximately 100 miles northwest of Philadelphia.
