The denial comes after multiple news outlets reported Jenner was suspending her campaign to film Celebrity Big Brother in Australia.

“I didn’t stop my campaign at all. I’m getting ready to embark on a multi-week bus tour through California, ”Jenner said on Twitter.

Jenner did not directly address the report, but said, “I honor a work commitment I made before I even decided to run for governor. There is no pause at all in this race to save CA!

“My campaign team is fully operational and so am I. I’m in this race to win for California because it’s worth fighting,” Jenner said.

Vanity Fair reported that Jenner landed in Sydney earlier this week, citing local tabloid The Advertiser. She is expected to be paid $ 372,500 for the concert.

Jenner began a mandatory 14-day quarantine before filming began, TMZ reported. Sources close to the production told the outlet she will be in Australia for a total of three weeks, including the two-week quarantine and one week filming of the show.

Jenner launched his campaign in April, aimed at impeaching Newsom for his handling of the coronavirus. The reality TV star, who identifies as a Republican, has quickly become one of the hottest names in the race.

Jenner says Politico that she is leading the field of candidates, despite a poll in May showing that she was fourth among the hopes of the GOP.

“Honestly, I’m not concerned about the polls,” Jenner told Politico. “I guarantee you I’m in the lead.”
