While federal investigators are working to determine the cause of the deadly fire on a boat in Southern California last week, the community of Santa Barbara has reunited to remember the victims. Efforts are underway to lift the wreck from the seabed and understand what has happened. During interviews with the National Transportation Safety Board, surviving crew members claimed that the smoke alarms on the ship Conception never went out. Kris Van Cleave reports.
