Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has already had two fixes this week, and now developer Treyarch is ending the week with a Double Weapon XP weekend for Cold War and Warzone. The event will begin on Friday, February 12 at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. GMT and will end on February 16 at the same time.
This week’s fixes addressed a number of issues with the newly launched League Play, as well as zombies and general multiplayer fixes. League Play is a competitive option for those looking for a more serious and intense experience. It categorizes players into a skill-based division and tasked them with moving up the rankings.
When it comes to zombies, the latest patch added stability improvements that previously could cause the game to crash on certain turns.
Outside of Black Ops Cold War, Activision continues to update Call of Duty: Warzone and do what it can to prevent cheaters from plaguing the battle royale. The company launched a new wave of bans this week, bringing the total number of bans to date to more than 300,000.
