Fantastic impact:
A blow to Akers and the Rams, who thought they would lean heavily on the Florida State back-to-back. With Akers now over for the season, that appears to be Darrell Henderson’s job, and he should be seen as a top-of-the-line RB2 with the expected workload. With Malcolm Brown also gone, look to Los Angeles to bring in a veteran who will return to lighten some of the workload at Henderson this season.
