Cameron Diaz took care of her last role, that of mom.
On Tuesday, the actress was pictured holding her baby daughter Raddix as she made her way to her car in Beverly Hills, California.
The 48-year-old went for a casual look with a long, flowing black sundress, comfortable Birkenstock-style sandals and red sunglasses. The mother-daughter duo were leaving a private home after attending a swimming lesson for the 1-year-old.
In 2019, Diaz told InStyle magazine why she apparently disappeared from Hollywood after her appearance in the 2014 movie “Annie.”

“Right now I’m looking at the wellness landscape and stuff,” Diaz said. “But whatever I do, it has to be something that excites me – something that feels effortless to me.”

Diaz also enjoyed married life. She married Good Charlotte musician Benji Madden, 42, in 2015. They welcomed Raddix in 2019.
The outlet shared that the couple live quiet lives away from the spotlight and are rarely seen.
“It’s fun not having anyone who knows what I’m doing,” Diaz said. “Because my time is all mine. I don’t sell any movies, and because I don’t sell anything, I don’t have anything to give to anyone. I don’t do that anymore. I live my life.”
“I just want to build better, stronger friendships with the people who are with me,” Diaz continued. “Of course that includes my husband. Getting married to him was the best thing that has ever happened to me. My husband is the best. He’s the greatest human being, and he’s my great partner. I don’t know. not if i was ready [when I got married], but I knew Benji was special. He’s just a good man. There are no bulls —. It’s really refreshing. I am truly grateful to him. I like to do my own thing. “

And while Diaz enjoys life away from the spotlight, she teased that a return to the movies could easily happen sooner rather than later.
“I love to create, so I’m just looking for the project that’s right for me now,” Diaz said. “I have some stuff coming up, but it’s a little too early to talk about it.”
