The Saskatchewan Health Authority reports that it is investigating a Salmonella outbreak related to Englefeld Hogfest.
Since this week, 11 people have reported symptoms related to bacterial infection after eating at the June 30 event. were served during the event.

No particular foodborne infections have been identified yet.
The bacterial infection usually lasts four to seven days and most people suffer from diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps
People can cure without treatment, but in some people the symptoms may be severe enough to require hospitalization due to dehydration.
People who have severe symptoms or if the illness lasts more than three days to their health care provider.
