BEFORE JC. parents are invited to check vaccination records after the Chinese vaccine recall

BC health authorities urge parents of young children who were vaccinated in parts of China last year to check their records

The Center for Disease Control in BC B. claims that two batches of vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, also known as whooping cough – failed tests and were finally recalled in October 2017.

The center says that both lots in question may not provide complete immunity to patients, and the children who receive them may require additional immunization. 19659004] Shandong, Hebei, Chongqing

Both lots were used by provincial disease control centers in Shandong and Hebei provinces and by the Chongqing City Center for Disease Prevention and Control.

The center says that there are no safety issues with the vaccines, but parents of children under two years old and living in these areas from March to October 2017 should check their vaccination records.
