Doctors at Indraprashtha Apollo hospitals have successfully performed a very complicated and critical surgical operation to save the life of a small Tanzanian boy of one year, Fravianous. This is what is called Hemitruncus (Half truncus). The patient also had a big hole in the heart. Normally, oxygen saturation levels are around 95-100 but as the child has had recurrent chest infections with a saturation of 35. "
