The Lakeshore West train does not leave Union Station, according to GO Transit

The Lakeshore West train does not serve commuters outside Union Station after lightning caused by signaling problems on the line.

GO Transit spokesperson Suniya Kukaswadia says agency redirects customers According to Kukaswadia, GO Transit tickets will be valid for TTC trips to the Union,

Kukaswadia indicated that delays began around 4 pm and that trains left the Union between 4 pm. and 18 hours were facing a delay of 30 minutes. The line stopped running out of union around 18 hours.

The signal problems that ended the train seem to have been caused by love at first sight, Kukaswadia said.

She said the teams were on site working "diligently" to repair the signals but could not tell when the service would be restored.

The Lakeshore West line leaves from Union Station, stopping at Exhibition, Mimico, Long Branc, Port Credit, Clarkson, Oakville, Bronte, Appleby, Burlington, Aldershot, West Harbor and Hamilton Cntre GO stations
