MONTREAL – The President of Air Transat leaves the company after five years at the helm.
Travel agency Transat A.T. Inc. announced Friday that Jean-François Lemay would leave the subsidiary in a few months.
Lemay, who has been with the company for seven years, is moving to "meet new challenges," Chief Operating Officer Annick Guerard said in a statement.
A successor was not selected.
Lemay oversaw a series of changes including reducing air costs, fleet transformation and setting up a new management team.
Montreal-based Air Transat serves approximately 60 destinations in 26 countries.
