Capcom announces Resident Evil Village showcase event on January 21

Capcom plans a big Resident Evil blowout on January 21, including all new details on Resident Evil Village, the next major entry in the survival horror game franchise. Next Thursday’s Resident Evil showcase promises a “guided tour” of Resident Evil Village, which means a new trailer and our first look at gameplay.

The Resident Evil showcase will air on January 21 at 5 p.m. EST / 2 p.m. PST. Capcom will broadcast the event on its Twitch, YouTube, Twitterand Facebook channels. The showcase will be hosted by Brittney Brombacher of What’s Good Games, and will feature appearances by Resident Evil Village producers Peter Fabiano and Tsuyoshi Kanda.

The showcase also promises more news related to the Resident Evil franchise, such as 2021 – the 25th anniversary of the original. resident Evil – promises to be a big year for Capcom’s horror series. Resident Evil Village is coming to PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X. While Capcom has yet to announce an official release date, a leak born from a ransomware attack on the company has revealed an April 2021 deadline.
