Captain Marvel postcredits scenes, explained

[ad_1]

Captain Marvel is a fantastic addition to the Marvel film universe from movies, with great performances, fantastic action and one of the best stories of any movie MCU so far. As expected, there were also two post-credit scenes. The first will probably inspire you even more Avengers: End of the game that you are already, and the second is no longer a humorous book end for the movie.

Stay definitely for the first. The second is yours. However, I will say this: the second is much better than the second post-credits scene in Ant-man and the Wasp.

And now, a huge Quadjet sized spoiler warning if you prefer to go in the movie (and maybe Avengers: Endgame?) Cold.

Scene 1: Carol Danvers, let me introduce you …

The scene begins with a close-up of the Fury Pager from the end of Avengers: war in the infinite. It still rings and Captain Marvel's symbol is still on the screen. Suddenly the pager screen goes black.

We then turned to Steve Rogers and Black Widow to examine some holographic images, while obtaining data on the number of people who died afterwards. Thanos & # 39; snap.

Rhodey then enters the room and tells them that the pager does not send any more signal. We see Bruce Banner, who says whatever signal is sent, he finally broke down.

"I thought we had bypassed the battery," says Cap. Rhodey replied, "Well we did it, he's still plugged in, just shut down." Cape tells them to restart it and send back the signal. Black Widow said the message was obviously important for Fury and tell him as soon as the pager works again. "I want to know who is at the end of this case," she says.

Black Widow then turns to leave, and stands right in front of her, Captain Marvel looks angry. After a while, she asks, "Where is Fury?" The scene ends.

What this means

It would seem Captain Marvel was indeed on the other end of this pager, as everyone had supposed at the end of Infinity War. It also seems that Carol survived the crisis. In one of Captain Marvel's latest scenes, Carol gives Fury an upgraded version of his pager, advising him to use it whenever he needs it back.

So, is this a real scene of Avengers: End of the game, a heavily modified version of a scene or something filmed exclusively for Captain Marvel's post-credits scene? It's hard to say, but I would not be surprised if it's not exactly how that Carol's arrival on Earth is played in Avengers: Endgame. Nevertheless, it was great.

Scene 2: cute and slightly disgusting

We begin the scene with a close-up of Nick Fury's 1995 office. The nameplate simply says "N. Fury" on the front. His office seems to be completely free. The camera zooms slowly and Goose the cat enters the frame.

Like all cats, especially mine – a lot lately, in an annoying way – he starts to cough a ball of hair. After a few seconds of rising, he spits the Tesseract on Fury's desk. After a while, the movie ends.

What this means

In the film, Goose the cat turns out to be a Flerken. It is an exotic species that looks like a cat but can devour things with huge tentacles coming out of its mouth.

During the film, Goose swallows the Tesseract to keep him away from Star Force – the Kree Seal Team 6, led by Yon-Rogg of Jude Law, whose Carol is one of the members at the beginning of the film. If only they knew what it really was …
