Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B took to Twitter Monday for help with acne on her cheek and chin.
“It’s been happening for 3 months now. S *** is really uncomfortable, ” said the 28-year-old Bronx-born man – who has 146.6 million followers on social media – lamented.
‘I [have] have broken out lately and my face is extremely dry. I don’t think these products work. I think it’s the water here [in Los Angeles]. What are the right products for little black pimples and dry skin on your face?

Cardi (born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar) rejected most advice from her fans including visiting a dermatologist, esthetician or trying retinol, cetaphil, and face oil.
‘[Two weeks ago, the dermatologist] gave me shit that dried my face over and [made] me get more [pores], ‘Me Gusta’s rapper complained.
“ They said it would take 3 months but I don’t have time for that and [they] didn’t give me a reason why I’m having fun. I never broke on my cheeks and my chin.

In the end, it took two-time Grammy nominee Kehlani to provide the ex-stripper with the proper reference she desperately needed.
‘Ok @Kehlani recommended someone for my face,’ Cardi tweeted Hours later.
