Cardi B leaves Los Angeles as she heads to the Super Bowl … after ending plagiarism accusations
Cardi B was spotted leaving LAX as she made her way to the Super Bowl on Saturday morning.
The WAP hitman was escorted by an assistant as she walked through the airport terminal; at one point, she stopped to talk to several officers before getting on her plane.
The 28-year-old rapper’s journey comes just a day after she was accused of ripping off the work of several musicians for her recently released single Up.

The singer-songwriter was dressed in a beige sweatshirt, which she contrasted with a simple pair of black leggings.
She was also seen wearing a pair of pink Crocs with several charms attached to the outside of each shoe.
Rapper Bodak Yellow let her long red hair fall under her hood, which she kept on during her trip to the airport.
Cardi wore a large white face mask to protect herself from any potential exposure to COVID-19.

While the artist seemed carefree at the airport, she is currently facing a controversy over the composition of her latest single, titled Up.
A music video was also posted on the songwriter’s official YouTube account a day before its official release on Friday.
Shortly after Up’s premiere, New Jersey-based rappers Mir Pesos and Mir Fontaine took to Cardi on Twitter and claimed she ripped off their track Stuck, released last September.
Mir Pesos also posted a side-by-side video of the two songs in an effort to show the similarities in the musical form they shared.
The caption of his post read “@iamcardib, we want my money”.

Although representatives for songwriter I Like It did not immediately comment on the allegations, she responded directly on an Instagram Live video.
Cardi expressed her anger at the accusations on the show and encouraged Mir Pesos and Mir Fontaine to consider legal action.
She said: ‘If you feel a certain type of path, we can take it to court. I don’t give a fuck.
The hitmaker also noted that any “drama” surrounding his music production “doesn’t even bother me”.

She also posted a video on her Instagram story to further express her denial of the accusations.
The clip showed her with WAP collaborator Megan Thee Stallion dancing together; she also claimed the video dated back to August 7, before Stuck’s release.
In the caption of the video, she wrote, “ As of August 7, now check when the other n **** posted their song. I WORKED ON THIS.
The songwriter then took to Twitter to explain her feelings about the situation and responded to a fan who was concerned about the originality of Up.
“ If I take inspiration from a song, I wouldn’t mind giving a percentage or a few thousand, but I’ve never Hurd if this man. I’m happy while I was recording this song in August playing hook on this live, ‘she partially wrote.
Proof: Cardi posted a video on her Instagram Story that showed her and Megan Thee Stallion working on Up long before Stuck’s September release.
